Marriott Executive Apartments Sao Paulo

My partner and I are about to check out from this hotel tomorrow, and I already want to give feedback from our experience so far. The comfortability of this hotel is amazing. From room, to your room’s kitchen and everything else. Although the furnitures and appliances are a bit old, the cleanliness of the room made up for it. They have their own laundry on site which is free, and it’s a major plus for me because I shower and change clothes everyday lol! They have free breakfast too! 😍 Our room also have its own terrace which is a great addition to our stay. Every single front desk employee, doormen and the employees at the kitchen are all very polite, kind, professional and are very good with speaking English. The only thing that kinda sucks at the moment is there’s a construction happening right in front of the hotel which causes heavy traffic to get in/out of the hotel area. But other than that, I love this hotel so much. 😊

This review comes from a Marriott Lifetime Elite member so I have some experience staying at Marriott brand hotels. Some of these reviews are perplexing. I've stayed at this Marriott Executive Apartments a few times. On each occasion the rooms are quite nice. Some of the furniture is dated but certainly not old and uncomfortable. To the contrary, my rooms have had furniture that was not old, comfortable beds in each room, fully stocked kitchen with either new or expertly cleaned kitchenware. The TVs are connected to local cable or the network so you can stream your own service Netflix, prime, globo, etc. Climate controls in each room so the person who loves it cold and person who loves it hot can both live comfortably. The suites could use a little more décor but that would be my only immediate feedback. The staff are amazing, each encounter is greeted with a smile and warm reception. There is a sincerity behind the staffs' willingness to help and not just folks wearing a fake smile. This obviously is a great place for them to work and is a trademark sign of good leadership as it comes across in the front line staff actions. The breakfast options available in the morning are expansive and terrific and not to mention free. So it's difficult to complain about a free meal. Multiple options around the hotel for any seeking something different than a free hotel breakfast. Perhaps there are some different level of rooms related to the recent poor reviews but I have not found those rooms or the types of experiences described on my trips. I would highly recommend this hotel and I plan to return myself.

Pros : accommodating staff, close to most things( 20 min walk). Cons: apartments need a major upgrade( cracked fittings and paint), badly lit rooms and bathrooms, no smart TV in any room( so bye bye Netflix), the cable has limited selection, a very very average breakfast selection, pool wasn't always clean, I'm a tourist so taxi wasn't available but the staff was quick to call for one which took 10 to 15 mins. Over all, slept fine but definitely not a 4 star hotel or worth the price tag it comes at. They don't even have tags at breakfast but the staff is kind enough to assist you. So the main good thing about this stay was its staff.

Everyone working there was extremely nice and helpful. A big thank you to the manager who helped with my partial refund (we changed dates a mix up). Very nice area and we were able to take a nice walk to the park Ibirapuera. I highly recommend taking a walk over there to enjoy the outdoors. The room was perfect for us we had space a desk and bedroom was separate so we could take turns completing work related tasks while on vacation. Shower pressure was great and HOT! They have a nice selection of small drinks in the fridge (they charge) but very convenient when you want to grab a drink. Only reason I gave it a 4 was because outside of the room needed some major repairs holes from water damage in the ceiling. Entrance to hotel very nice, rooms need a little update but were not the worst just cosmetic. We would stay there again in-fact we have another reservation planned for our return flight out of São Paulo. We booked our rooms through the Marriott bonvoy app.
